How a day works

The same rhythm every day, from the evening law to Sunday's vote.

  1. 20:00, a law drops

    A random rule hits the whole server for 24 hours, with a 10 minute warning first. No law repeats in the same week.

  2. 10 minutes to veto

    The Mayor has 2 vetoes a term to cancel a law right after it lands. The Treasury can buy more.

  3. Lock or decree

    Once a term, the Mayor can lock a law for the whole week, and once pick tomorrow's law from three choices.

  4. Sunday, the election

    No law on Sundays. Candidates need 3 nominations and 3 hours of play; everyone with an hour of play gets one vote.
